This CDV is identified as Nah Gun E Gah Bow (Standing Forward). He is a Chief of Rabbit Lak Band of the Chippewas. The paper is torn on the bottom left
hand corner as can be seen in the scan. There is no backmark, but there is 2 cent Proprietary tax stamp on the reverse. #3997=$400.00
