This 1/6 plate tintype has a lot to consider. This forlorn faced soldier wears a kepi with a rain cloth and holds what appears to be the back of a photographer's
card. I've included a blow up of it, but I can't make anything out. The soldier sits in front of a painted backdrop featuring Sibley Tents. What is super about
this image is that the location is identified in the back of the case. This image appears to have been taken in Hilton Head South, South Carolina. We now have a
backdrop that has a location I.D.! The image comes in a 1/2 case. #4915=$295.00
