I'm not sure if this is a Benton's Barracks Ft. on the Hill backdrop, but there's a Fort nonetheless. This 1/4 plate
tintype is a bit darker then I would prefer, hence the price. He's wearing a frock coat, kepi, US belt plate and Eagle
cross belt plate. Both of the belt plates have been gilded. The image comes in a full push button case with hinges.
The push button is missing, but the case in in great shape except for that. #6016=$300.00
